For my final project, I decided to focus on macro shots of nature. I was inspired by previous projects where we did macro photos. I love getting really close to the subject with my camera and getting a high quality image. For many images, I used various techniques to emphasize and show where I wanted the eye to focus (the focal point). With others, naturally the eye was dragged there so I worked on other areas of the photo as well such as the blurring of the background and adjusting the hue and saturation of fixated parts of the image. Most of these photos are taken in and just around Santa Cruz High, further proving the fact that we are lucky to have such a pretty campus.
